The Ms. Wheelchair Florida Pageant watched Asher Dance Eclectic perform three works as part of their opening ceremonies held at the St. Petersburg Hilton. Performing for this event were Mary Bellone, Ray Carpenter, Elizabeth Edelson and Stephanie Niemela (who was also a judge for the competition).

The "Deaf & Hearing Connection of Tampa Bay" (DHCTB) celebrated its annual Gala Event at Ruth Eckerd Hall. Asher Dance Eclectic was commissioned by DHCTB to choreograph a new work encompassing American Sign Language within the choreography. The premiere performance of this piece, "Love is Like Oxygen", was held at the Gala at Ruth Eckerd Hall and has remained a part of the dance company's repertoire. Performing for this event were Mary Bellone, Ray Carpenter and Elizabeth Edelson.

The Angelus, Hudson, FL . The Angelus is home for severely handicapped persons who are not able to care for themselves. All of the residents and students have cerebral palsy and all use wheelchairs. Some are non-verbal, some are blind, some are deaf, some are developmentally disabled, some have normal intelligence, but all understand kindness and love.

"Silent Night Live". A fundraising event for area agencies serving the deaf and hard of hearing. St. Petersburg College, Clearwater Campus.

"All-Abilities Festival". An evening of entertainment by performers of all abilities throughout Florida.
